Meeting Registration Cut-Off Dates

General Registration Ends on Monday, April 8th, 2024. Register by this date to receive a $50 Early Bird Registration Discount. After this date the hotel will release our block of rooms and you may not be eligible for a reduced rate room. Registering by this date will also ensure that your company’s name will be listed on any pre-printed materials supplied at the meetings and/or banquet.

Registration can be completed in person on Wednesday and Thursday, from 1 – 3 pm at the vendor registration table.

If you are paying registration dues with a credit card please use the RMSG website to register online. If paying by check, please download the registration document on the website and mail in your registration form and check. The RMSG is unable to accept credit card payments via postal mail.
